Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations and Availability
To ensure operational stability and compliance with applicable regulations, shipping is currently limited to selected countries.
Destinations include: Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom, France, and Italy.
Orders can only be shipped to the countries listed above. We reserve the right to modify or expand shipping destinations at any time without prior notice.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch via automated notification.
- Japan, Singapore, South Korea: EMS (Korea Post) — Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
- Australia, United Kingdom, France, Italy: DHL Express — Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, local regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are charged on a flat-rate basis depending on the destination:
- South Korea: 3,000 KRW (Free for orders over 50,000 KRW)
- Jeju Island: 3,000 KRW (+5,000 KRW for remote and mountainous areas)
- Japan, Singapore: USD $15.00
- Australia, United Kingdom, France, Italy: USD $30.00
Free Shipping
- South Korea: Free shipping is available for orders over 50,000 KRW.
- International Orders: Free shipping is available for orders over USD $150.00 to the destinations listed above.
Shipping fees, including those waived under promotional offers, may still be reflected in customs declarations where applicable.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU)
All international shipments are made on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
- Import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and any other applicable charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
- These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer (importer of record).
Important Notices:
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country.
- There is no VAT exemption threshold in certain jurisdictions (e.g., the European Union), and VAT may be applied regardless of order value.
- Orders exceeding applicable thresholds (e.g., EUR 150 in the EU) may also incur customs duties.
Declared Value:
Shipments are declared in accordance with applicable laws. The declared value may include the total amount paid for the goods and, where required, shipping costs, discounts, or promotional items.
Additional Fees:
Carriers or customs authorities may apply additional charges such as clearance, brokerage, or handling fees. These, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Payment of Charges:
If applicable duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is returned or disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities, no refund or reshipment will be provided.
Customer Responsibility:
Customs policies vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking local import regulations and potential charges prior to placing an order.
We do not currently collect VAT or GST at checkout for international orders.
5. Customs Compliance and Declaration
All shipments are declared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The declared value will reflect the actual transaction value of the goods.
- Requests to modify, understate, or mis-declare the value of shipments for the purpose of avoiding duties or taxes will not be accepted.
Failure to comply with customs requirements or refusal to pay applicable duties and fees may result in shipment delays, returns, or disposal by the carrier or customs authorities.
6. Liability for Customs Charges and Delivery Issues
Delivery is considered complete once the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Loss or Damage in Transit:
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier. Resolution (replacement or refund) is subject to confirmation from the carrier.
We reserve the right to:
- Deny claims where delivery is confirmed by the carrier
- Request supporting evidence (e.g., photos, non-receipt confirmation)
- Follow the carrier’s claims process and timelines
We are not liable for:
- Loss or theft after delivery has been confirmed
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
- Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed or refused shipments
If a shipment is returned, refused, or not delivered due to customer-related issues, no refund or reshipment will be provided.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods or promotional events.
Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include shipping or delivery time.
8. Returns and Shipping Costs
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Change of Mind / Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change the size or select a different product, you must place a new order at the current price and pay applicable shipping fees.
The original item may be returned in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the above conditions
